Some of our service providers may operate outside Australia and may not be bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) or the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). In such cases, we take reasonable steps to ensure equivalent privacy protections are applied.

Cookies
A cookie is a small file placed in your web browser that collects information about your browsing activity. We use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and tags) to remember your preferences, analyse website traffic, improve your experience, and deliver and measure our advertising.
Some of these technologies are provided by third parties, including advertising and social media platforms (for example, Google and Meta/Facebook). They may collect online identifiers - such as cookie identifiers, your IP address, and information about your device and browser - and this information may be shared with those platforms to help us deliver and measure our advertising, including showing you relevant ads on our website and on other websites and apps you use.
Most browsers accept cookies automatically, but you can manage or disable them through your browser settings, and you can control ad personalisation through your device or the relevant platform's ad settings. Please note that disabling cookies may prevent you from taking full advantage of our website.
Disclosure Of Your Information
We may disclose your personal information if required by law, regulation, legal process, subpoena, warrant, or in response to a government or law enforcement request. We may also disclose your information to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users, customers, or the public.
In the event of a change of control of our business (including merger, acquisition, transfer of assets, or other corporate transaction), customer information, including personal information, may be disclosed to the new owner or prospective acquirer under strict confidentiality conditions.
Such disclosures are made only when reasonably necessary and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Third Parties
We engage third-party service providers - including technology, payment, customer support, marketing, analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) providers - to help us deliver, support, and improve our services. These service providers act on our behalf and process personal information only as instructed by us and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal or customer information, except in the event of a change of control in one of our businesses. We only share your personal information with service providers and partners as described in this Privacy Policy.
We also use third-party advertising and social media platforms to promote our services. For this purpose, we may share limited contact information (such as your email address or phone number) with these platforms so they can deliver our advertising to you or to similar audiences and measure its performance. We share this information only for our own marketing and do not permit these platforms to use it for their own purposes. Some of these providers may be located overseas.
This section does not cover disclosures required by law or legal process, which are addressed separately in this Privacy Policy under "Disclosure of Your Information."
We may also use your information in a de-identified and aggregated form (without reference to your name or personal identifiers) to generate marketing statistics, assess user needs, and improve our platform and services. Except as described in this Privacy Policy, your personal information will not be used for any other purpose.

When you opt out, we apply your choice across all of our promotional channels, including email, SMS, in-app notifications, and third-party advertising platforms. Removing you from third-party advertising platforms may take a reasonable period to take effect and does not delete information those platforms hold about you independently, which you can manage directly with the platform. Please note that if you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional messages, such as transactional messages regarding service engagements or information about your account.
If you wish to access, amend, or update your Personal Information or account preferences, you may do so by logging into your account.

You may request access to and removal of such Personal Information by emailing us at [email protected]. In some circumstances, Supp may not be able to completely remove all Personal Information about a particular user from its systems. For example, we may retain information about a user for legitimate business purposes, if it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, for account recovery purposes, if required by law, or as retained in Supp's data backup systems. All retained Personal Information will continue to be subject to the terms of the Privacy Policy to which the user has previously agreed.
